Proformance Speed and Agility Program
Our on-field program offers a multi-dimensional focus on all aspects of sports that includes running/sprinting technique training, strength training, and agility programs including: stop and start, change of direction, lateral movements, footwork, and quick reaction drills.
A typical program focuses on not only forward motion running, but incorporates all planes of movement critical for effective control of your athlete's agility in multiple directions. All sessions emphasize professionalism, control, discipline, and proper technique for performing all drills and exercises. We utilize current research on gender and sport specific injury trends to write programs to help with reducing injury risks common in sports.
Performance training sessions will be performed 2 days per week for six weeks,including one pre-testing and one post-testing day.

- ACL prevention programs
- Dynamic flexibility training
- Reaction and reflexive skills
- Core and trunk strength programs
- Muti-planar functional strength programs
- Agility programs
- Sprint workouts
Cost:
- Individual = $300
- Group of 2-6 people = $240 per person
- Group of 7-12 people = $200 per person
