Yoga Shouldn’t Hurt
Classes are taught by a Physical Therapist Assistant and a Certified Athletic Trainer who can adjust your practice to avoid injuries or help the body move effectively. By focusing on proper alignment and offering modifications to every pose, yoga can be a safe and fun alternative to traditional workouts.
- Classes are taught in an 8 week session.
- Classes are an hour long.
All ages and levels are welcome to participate. Participants over the age of 60 will need a doctor’s release.
*Participants are responsible for bringing their own mat, if cost is an issue, please let us know. We know of some other options.
Target areas addressed during class: cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility. Modifications will be given for every pose to meet the needs of all of our patients.
Date & Time: Morning classes are held Tuesday/Thursday 6:15-7:15 am.
Evening classes are held Monday/Wednesday 6:30 - 7:30 pm.
