Injury and disease can also affect your balance. 1 in 4 people over the age of 65 (who live at home) will fall during the next year. Because falling is a common and potentially serious problem, it’s important to find out what you can do to decrease your risk and improve your general health and mobility.Our therapists are specifically trained to help you improve your strength and balance and even evaluate your home environment if needed.
